No, unfortunately we are New Zealand based and currently only ship to Kiwi’s
HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?
Shipping on all clothing is Free, Yay!
WHERE IS SALT CULTURE T-SHIRTS PRINTED?
We use a few different techniques on different desigs. Some of our shirts are printed with cut out heat transfer vinyl and others are full colour prints that are all pressed and packaged in Otago, New Zealand.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
As soon as we receive your complete order and payment we will start processing it. You will be notified with a tracking number as soon as your order has been posted. Processing a order can take up to 2 weeks if we are waiting for a specific stock item after which posting will occur. We use NZ Post and delivery can take 2 – 3 working days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS
We aim to get every order absolutely perfect but if something went wrong, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 7 days from the original shipping date. All products have a specific Size Guide attached to them to ensure that sizes are ordered correctly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be accountable for any shipping cost back to us unless your purchase was not as described in your purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it is eligible for a refund. This will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
